Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoon cashew butter (can substitute for any nut or seed butter of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 frozen banana (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until desired consistency.
  2. For a thicker, ice cream-like smoothie, blend less.
  3. If smoothie is too thick, add more milk of choice.
