Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2–3/4 cup milk of choice (* See notes)
- 1–2 tablespoon cashew butter (can substitute for any nut or seed butter of choice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 frozen banana (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until desired consistency.
- For a thicker, ice cream-like smoothie, blend less.
- If smoothie is too thick, add more milk of choice.
