Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened unsalted butter, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 cup of packed brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in 2 large eggs, one at a time, followed by 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
