Description

Delicious homemade sausage cheese balls that are perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound Italian Sausage
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Onion (Diced into small pieces)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  3. Add flour mix, sausage, cheese, onion and garlic powder to a bowl. Mix well. I like to start with a spoon and then finish with my hands. Continue to mix with your hands until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Form sausage mix into 1″ balls and place onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in different spices or cheeses.
  • These can be frozen before baking for up to 3 months.
