Description

A delicious and easy recipe for maple glazed salmon fillets.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in the prepared pan.
  3. Season the salmon lightly with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, melted butter, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Brush the maple glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake the salmon for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Brush with any remaining glaze during the last few minutes of baking if you want extra flavor and shine.
  8. Remove from the oven and spoon any pan juices over the top.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
  • Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
