A delicious and easy recipe for maple glazed salmon fillets.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in the prepared pan.
- Season the salmon lightly with salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, melted butter, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Brush the maple glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake the salmon for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness, until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Brush with any remaining glaze during the last few minutes of baking if you want extra flavor and shine.
- Remove from the oven and spoon any pan juices over the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
