Description

Deliciously flaky phyllo rolls filled with creamy goat cheese, tart cranberry sauce, and aromatic rosemary.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the phyllo dough and cover it with a damp cloth to keep it moist.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the goat cheese, cranberry sauce, and chopped rosemary until smooth.
  4. Layer three sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer lightly with melted butter.
  5. Spoon some filling onto one end of the layered phyllo and roll up tightly.
  6. Place rolled phyllo on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush tops with more butter, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
