Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Peel and chop sweet potatoes into chunks, boil until tender (15-20 minutes), then mash until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Sift cocoa powder and baking powder into the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
