This delicious espresso latte is sweetened with maple syrup and topped with toasted pecans, perfect for a cozy morning.

- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (or double-strength brewed coffee)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp toasted pecans, roughly chopped
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until steaming but not boiling. Froth the milk if available.
- In your favorite mug, combine the espresso and maple syrup; stir well.
- Slowly pour in the warmed milk while holding back the foam with a spoon, then spoon some foam on top.
- Sprinkle chopped toasted pecans over your latte and add whipped cream if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
