Description

Deliciously crispy baked Russet potatoes, perfect as a side dish or topped with your favorite condiments.


Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Russet Potatoes (cleaned and dried)
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Use a fork to poke various holes into the potatoes.
  3. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet, rub the potatoes with the oil and then sprinkle the salt all over the outside of the potatoes.
  4. Bake the potatoes for 1 hour – 1 hour and 15 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender and the skin is crispy. The cooking time will vary based on the size of the potatoes.
  5. Allow the potatoes to cool slightly before serving. Then cut, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
