Description

Deliciously marinated sirloin or ribeye steak grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the steak into thin strips against the grain.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Add the steak strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat with vegetable oil.
  5. Grill the marinated steak strips in a single layer for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Plate alongside steamed rice or grilled vegetables and enjoy!
