Description

A delicious and healthy tortilla filled with yogurt, strawberries, and a hint of sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 (8-inch) tortilla
  • 4 strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, ricotta cheese, flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the tortilla and top with the fruit.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and place it in a small baking dish.
  5. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes, just until warmed through. Remove and serve whole or cut in half.
