Description
A quick and easy creamy spinach sauce perfect for pasta or enjoyed with bread.
Ingredients

- 1 cup oat or soy cuisine cream
- 3 Tbs vegan butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 big generous handful spinach
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- First melt vegan butter in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic and fry on medium heat for around 2 minutes.
- Mix in the cuisine cream, poultry seasoning, spinach and finally season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes more.
- Serve over your favorite pasta for easy 15 minute meals in no time or enjoy plain with some french bread.

- This dish can be prepared in about 15 minutes.
- Can be served with any type of pasta or enjoyed alone with bread.
