These Cheesy Garlic Hawaiian Rolls are a delicious and easy appetizer or side dish that will please any crowd!

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- To a small bowl, add 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature; 2 tablespoons grated parmesan, 2 garlic cloves, minced; 1 tablespoon fresh parsley and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt. Mix until combined. Set aside.
- To a parchment paper-lined 9×13-inch baking dish, add 12 Hawaiian rolls.
- Make two slits down the center of the Hawaiian rolls. Make sure you don’t cut all the way through to the bottom.
- Stuff all the rolls with 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. Do your best to push it down in there.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on top.
- Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
Notes
- Freshly minced garlic enhances the flavor greatly.
- You can use dried parsley if fresh is unavailable.
