Delicious pizza rolls that are easy to make and perfect for a snack!
Ingredients

- 8 soft taco-size flour tortillas
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 6 ounces full-size sliced pepperoni
- 8 string cheese, room temperature
- 2 to 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce at the bottom of the flour tortilla, leaving ¼ inch at the edge of the tortilla.
- Lay 10 slices of pepperoni on top of the pizza sauce.
- Lay 1 whole string cheese on top of the pepperoni.
- Carefully and tightly, roll the tortilla up. Lay the pizza roll seam side down. Repeat the process for the remaining pizza rolls.
- Remove the basket from the air fryer and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Leave the basket out and preheat the air fryer to 375°F. This should only take 3-4 minutes.
- Use a pastry brush to brush the olive oil over the tops of the pizza rolls.
- Lay 3-4 pizza rolls (depending on the size of your air fryer) into the basket. Leave a little space between the pizza rolls.
- Cook for 9-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve while warm.

- Space the pizza rolls properly in the air fryer for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer’s performance.
