Description

Delicious crostini topped with goat cheese, fresh herbs, figs, and prosciutto.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 fresh baguette
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 oz goat cheese
  • ½ cup fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, thyme)
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • ½ cup honey

  • ¼ cup crushed nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch pieces and arrange on the baking sheet. Drizzle each slice with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the bread is toasting, prepare toppings: spread goat cheese on some crostini, layer others with prosciutto and fresh herbs, and add figs or pears drizzled with honey on the rest.
  5. Arrange assembled crostini on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes
