Delicious crostini topped with goat cheese, fresh herbs, figs, and prosciutto.
Ingredients

- 1 fresh baguette
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 6 oz goat cheese
- ½ cup fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, thyme)
- 4 oz prosciutto
- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup sliced figs or pears
- ¼ cup crushed nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the baguette into ½-inch pieces and arrange on the baking sheet. Drizzle each slice with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While the bread is toasting, prepare toppings: spread goat cheese on some crostini, layer others with prosciutto and fresh herbs, and add figs or pears drizzled with honey on the rest.
- Arrange assembled crostini on a serving platter and serve immediately.
Notes
- Optional nuts can add a nice crunch.
- Feel free to use any combination of fresh herbs.
