- 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 8-oz tub cool-whip (thawed, add more if you want to top the lemon pie)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together until combined.
- Carefully fold in whipped cream until ingredients are well distributed.
- Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
- Add whipped cream and lemon garnishes now or when ready to serve.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight.
Notes
- For added lemon flavor, consider using more lemon zest.
- This pie can be served with additional whipped cream on top if desired.
