Description

Deliciously roasted mixed nuts coated in cinnamon and sugar, perfect for snacking!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add mixed nuts to the butter mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the nuts and toss again until fully coated.
  6. Spread the coated nuts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
