Deliciously roasted mixed nuts coated in cinnamon and sugar, perfect for snacking!
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add mixed nuts to the butter mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the nuts and toss again until fully coated.
- Spread the coated nuts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
Notes
- Watch the nuts closely while baking to prevent burning.
- Experiment with different nuts or add a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
