- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden; broil for 1-2 minutes if a crispier top is desired.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and let it rest before serving.
