- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 9-inch prepared pie crust (graham cracker, Oreo, or pastry)
- 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cookies or graham crackers
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust and ensure it’s fully cooled if baked.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and continue to mix until fluffy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle crushed cookies and chopped peanuts on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled with a sharp, hot knife.

- This pie is best served chilled.
