Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 9-inch prepared pie crust (graham cracker, Oreo, or pastry)
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cookies or graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust and ensure it’s fully cooled if baked.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and continue to mix until fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle crushed cookies and chopped peanuts on top.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Slice and serve chilled with a sharp, hot knife.
